Shahab Hosseini to attend new film screening

Palme d’Or winning star Shahab Hosseini is to attend ‘Lovely Trash’ public screening.

The Iranian mega-star will attend Mohsen Amir-Yousefi’s movie screening which will take place at Kourosh Cineplex on February 17. The film premiere that has Hosseini among its cast members kicked off on February 13.

ifilm viewers know Shahab from the series ‘Cold Fever’, ‘Passion to Fly’ and ‘Zero Degree Turn’.

He has also been in a number of movie aired by the channel, including ‘Superstar’, ‘The Sweet Taste of Imagination’, ‘Dream Interpretation’, ‘5-Star’ and ‘My Brother Khosrow’.

‘Lovely Trash’ is about a mother whose family secrets will be revealed when some strangers enter her house and see some family photos.

Habib Rezaee, Hediyeh Tehrani, Negar Javaherian, Saber Abar and Shirin Yazdanbakhsh are other cast members of the flick.

According to a media report, the film has been grossing well at the Iranian box-office, after only few days of screening. It succeeded to rake almost half a billion Rials.
